Shiloh House needed a complex intranet system developed for their clinical reports website. The solution had to make it easy to allow all concerned parties to record online profiles of patients. The idea for the website was to have it visually fit in with the way Shiloh Houses clinicians worked.

The challenge was to make a quick and easy to use interface that was minimal and well structured, from the large amounts of information and forms to be filled in. This would allow clinicians and carers of patients at Shiloh House to administer profiles fast and efficiently.
The outcome was a minimal website that echoed that of a clipboard, with forms set out like the ones Shiloh House use for their hard copy reports. The final result was good structure, minimal design and a visual harmony between the on and offline system.
